Throughout his career, Mr. Girdhar has held key positions in renowned organizations such as Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto, where he focused on asset strategy and operations within the fertilizer sector. Mr. Girdhar holds a Post graduate Degree in Agriculture from Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, and attended Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, France. His diverse expertise spans seeds, traits, and crop protection in various geographies, including global, Asia Pacific, and India.

KA Chowdary is the Chief Projects and Operations Officer (CPOO) at EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt Ltd. He brings over 30 years of Project Management and Operations expertise in Cement, Aluminium, Alumina, Infra, and Ports. Prior to EverEnviro he held the position of Chief Projects Officer (CPO) at Adani Group – Cement Business. His experience spans roles at ACC & Ambuja Ltd, Vedanta Ltd, BALCO, and Hindalco Industries. With a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, M.Tech in Manufacturing Management from BITS, Pilani, and a PGPA from IIM – Raipur, he has successfully overseen large-scale, multi-billion-dollar Green and Brownfield Projects from Concept to Commissioning, setting benchmark schedules and costs

Deepak Agarwal is the Executive Director - BD & Strategy at EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. Deepak has over 33 years of rich experience in the Private and Government Sectors. He is also Vice-President of the Waste Management Association of India. He is a former Central Civil Services Officer, at the Government of India. Prior to joining EverEnviro Deepak worked as Joint MD & CEO at A2Z Green Waste Management Ltd.

Vishal Banthia, a seasoned finance professional with over 17 years of experience, currently serves as the CFO at EverEnviro. As a key member of the Executive Committee, he directs business performance, capital raising, and oversees end-to-end financial activities. With a rich background in Fortune 40 companies like Vedanta Limited and Trafigura, including a previous role as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Vedanta Limited Aluminium Business in Jharsuguda, Orissa Unit, Vishal has received multiple recognitions in the industry. He was honoured as one of the Top 40 CFOs under 40 by Business World Magazine and acknowledged as a Global 200 Power Leader in Finance 2023 by White Page International for his noteworthy contributions to the field.

Salil Gupta has over 20 years of experience across industry verticals. He formerly held the position of Vice President & Head- Supply chain Management at Re Sustainability Ltd. (A KKR Company & erstwhile Ramky Enviro Engineers). He has vast Techno-commercial experience and has previously worked with GE Water, Suez Water & Suez Oil & Gas as the Regional Sourcing Leader for South Asia and MEA region. He has also worked with major Power EPC companies including Lanco Infratech Ltd., Reliance Power Ltd., and Essar Power Ltd.

Mili Dutta has over 18 years of diverse experience in various facets of Human Resources. She formerly held the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement position at Suzlon Group and previously worked with Tenneco, Indus Towers, Torrent Pharmaceuticals. At EverEnviro, she is leading the development and implementation of overall human capital, human resources experiences and operational effectiveness with focus on organizational capability building, talent development and enhancing employee experience. She is also honoured as Topmost HR Leaders in 2023 by World HRD Congress.

Bhumika is a lawyer with 12+ years of experience in contracts, project finance, compliance, land acquisition and general corporate advisory in India. Bhumika has represented and extensively advised various domestic and international banks and non-banking financial institutions. She has previously worked with - Khaitan Jayakar Sud and Vohra, Indiabulls Power and SoftBank Energy (Softbank Group), and Vena Energy (Global Infrastructure Partners).
